The mobile key issues are probably not easy to fix. Lots of pixels posted here about it. I'm wishing Lucid would issue a definitive statement about it. Right now many of us are reading conflicting anecdotes (that mostly don't work) about supposed workarounds.

I don't expect you to go back and read my previous posts. However, I am not a supporter of a "lemon law" action. Besides, lemon laws vary by state. Also, when you write, "Lucid should either fix it (if they can), or state something about it (if they can)", we are in violent agreement.

It would be good to know why some owners are having high success rates with unlock while others are having such a different experience.

Segbrk may think it's minor...maybe because it happens less frequently to them. BUT, if it is a minor problem, why doesn't Lucid tells us what's going on and if a fix is in the works or if we have to live with this for the life of the car?

It's reasonable to expect fairness in marketing. Lucid has a problem with unlocking. I don't know if Lemon Laws would cover such a thing. Why doesn't Lucid simply tell customers about this problem? They lose credibility by staying mum.

I'll say it here again, Lucid, please respect your customers by issuing a formal explanation. What is the problem with consistent unlocking?
