That was the joke, but apparently the Gravity uses UWB which allows the car to calculate the distance the fob is from the car, based on the time it takes to receive the fob signal. Unfortunately, the car always thinks my fob is too far away.

Im really starting to think it's not the fob but the module that detects the fob inside the car. But hey look on the bright side, for all of us with fob problems, the relay attack won't work on us. 😅😅😅

I've given up on the fob. Its utterly useless. I strictly use the app to give myself driving privileges, and have to lock the car manually every time.
