It was -10 here when I woke up this morning. Got 1.89 to 1.98 mi/kWh. Cabin temp had been 2 F before preconditioning and climate turned on. Luckily a rare occurrence.

I did this a couple of days ago. In mine, there were a bunch of bin files, but then there was a folder titled halosecure, in which there were viewable video files.

We have ours installed and they work fine. The pads do look a little funky/scrunched up.
