I also had a 2023 BMW iX. It spent a month in the service center while they tried to figure out why it wouldn’t fully shut off. Lots of SW issues. The refreshed 2026 iX we traded in for is very solid however. That’s what happens with cars and with SW, the bugs get worked out.
