Lucid should be able to auto close those tickets that requests for software update with a pre canned response. I know my old company’s customer service team did this when there was an outage. They can set it up once and let the automation take care of the rest.

Once AA comes, i would imagine an AA icon replaces it (depending on what's connected. i.e, CarPlay if you're an iOS user and AA if you're an Android user).

check your Junk/Spam folder. sometimes Lucid announces spam text even though they are clearly spam. maybe the app takes an extra second to recognize it as spam but the carlink kit processes them immediately? i don't use carlink kit but i have definitely seen spam texts coming through on my car.

i run into this issue sometimes when the car wouldn't unlock (I only carry my phone these days - no fobs). the one thing that always helped is taking the iPhone out of my pocket. it immediately unlocks the car. you can also try pushing the door knob to 'force' unlock the car.
