Yes, this. Seems like some of the improvements/updates are on things that many would deem less important. Not everybody, of course, but many.

They have actually responded to a text on a different subject in that same time period, so it appears to be more isolated to their email team. Again, it's not super critical but is still annoying.

I emailed customer service a few weeks ago and I noticed the automatic reply said they'll likely reply in 72 hours instead of the 2 hours it used to be. That's perfectly fine because there are faster ways to reach CS if needed and 2 hours is real fast. However, it's been 18 days and 3 follow...

You make a good point. Can this car be pushed? I feel like I read about that in maybe the manual or some car and driver article or something. Can we put it in neutral if it's dead or right before dying?

Turning on the car's heat doesn't make a difference for me. What did somehow make a difference was this: Yes, somehow just tapping the heated wheel button on the pilot panel repeatedly made the steering wheel heater remain on.

2023 Pure Since 2.6, mobile key has not worked on either my device or my wife's. When approaching vehicle, car does not show handles. Pressing the handles does nothing. I need to wait... and wait... and wait for the app to wake the car to unlock it. If I have preheated the car, at least the car...

Huh, that's weird too. Seems like it should be an easily customizable thing, or something that should be correct automatically. Again, not a huge deal and by no means a priority, but would be nice to see my actual car on that huge screen instead of a boring silver GT 😅

My wife doesn't like anything below 10ish. Which is kind of annoying considering that's over 30 miles. That's a lot!

Do you know for how long it was there? Obviously you've had your car much longer than most here.

Haha not 21 but had a few people in my car for a sporting event and spent far too much energy cooling down the car on a 100 degree day. That threw my calculations way off. It was nice to see a value above 250 for peak charging in my Pure as well!

Those are all very very good as well. The regen mode ideas should be just about as simple as my original request, too.

I made it to 1%, 1 mile remaining, power decreased, and AC cut off. Not ideal at all but I made it to an EA! Good to see that Motortrend article (though I think I've read it previously as well) about getting additional miles past zero, though obviously I hope to never, ever do that.
