    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

We never used the fob in our first Rivian (PaaK was great) and the newer Rivians don’t come with a fob - just like Tesla. I’d LOVE to see Lucid get to that type of PaaK stability. I don’t need or want a fob. Our R1S PaaK and WaaK (love that acronym) are perfect and make for a great experience...

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

I believe that’s a setting. You can choose to only have it unlock/present driver door first. That’s the default. Too lazy to go take a picture of settings, but fairly certain.

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

On the weird bug side, my driver window has once again started to not go up when I pull the button. It goes down a bit, then all the way down on next pull “up” then up once it’s gone all the way into the door. Folks here said it was a simple seal fix issue, but it’s been in service twice and...

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

So…this weekend my driver side passenger door handle stopped presenting consistently. I’ve never had an issue with it in 9+ months. This is the type of thing that kills me. It’s totally like whack-a-mole. Bugs come and go with no rhyme or reason. I’ve never had an issue with handles, but...

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

Mine do not. They turn on when on “auto” less than 50% of the time. Usually, I need to start them and then they’ll stay on auto, but they also don’t seem to adjust to rain intensity. Not a huge deal to me so I added it to my list. I also think it’s software-related and they’ll keep improving it.

    Gravity 3.5.1

Haha!!!!! I totally missed that. Have to love autocorrect. Now the task is tougher, but I am on it!

    Gravity 3.5.1

Oh, happy to. I will put a mic back there and the only thing missing will be the voice of Captain Jack Sparrow with some witty quip. Every time I have a software issue, I think of the car responding to me by saying “I am disinclined to acquiesce to your request…”

Lucid CEO Says Gravity Hands-Free Driving Is ‘Few Weeks Away’ After Delay

Very true. My fob has been 99% working for about 2-3 months, so I am good here, but do want PaaK.

    Gravity 3.5.1

My second row squeak has turned into a model x-like pirate sheep creaking sound coming from somewhere in third row area - I think. I hate it. But also don’t want to have car in service forever to fix, so I will add it to the list.

Lucid CEO Says Gravity Hands-Free Driving Is ‘Few Weeks Away’ After Delay

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter. It will arrive when it arrives. They can promise or aim for whatever they want, but unfortunately, their record of delivering features is, let’s just say, inconsistent. Also, no one wants them to deliver on time just to hit a goal and then have the car drive us...

Lucid CEO Says Gravity Hands-Free Driving Is ‘Few Weeks Away’ After Delay

It might, eventually. Most helpful immediately would be the “ding” when light turns green. The current “traffic is moving” feature is wildly inaccurate and based solely on a car ahead of you moving.

It was always there. Just a bug on the website… 😏

Lucid CEO Says Gravity Hands-Free Driving Is ‘Few Weeks Away’ After Delay

Hasn’t worked or engaged for me the few times I’ve tried it but I don’t mind parking my own car. What I’d use more is a feature that allowed it to pull itself out of a space when buffoons park next to me and I can’t open the door!

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

The partial regression post OTA is most concerning to me. Lucid seems able to “fix” many bugs, but several creep back over time. I have no concern about their ability to address bugs - but the bugs seem like cockroaches, and those tend to come back. I can say CarPlay has been fabulous for me...

Maybe time for a new thread for owners who report *no* problems, (or at least, very few)

No car can be perfect. I’d take the Gravity over any Polestar any day - as an example. A couple of better features here and there are bound to be the case.

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

Interestingly, I just did this successfully the other day. Just had to hold buttons a bit longer, but it worked. Biggest “bug” is I can’t get front camera to appear on glass cockpit when parking. Surround view appears on pilot panel.

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

I wouldn’t have even thought of that “workaround” nor should it be necessary. My screens were great for the first two weeks after 3.5.1 - then h th e regression started. Need another OTA to refresh everything again.

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

Interestingly, I got the “fob battery low” warning today but I replaced it just before 3.5.1 came out. IDK. The fob is a million times better than it was when I took delivery in August 2025. Really. But it should be perfect. PAAK and Waak are perfect on our 2026 R1S. I am hopeful Lucid...

They’re not great in snow. They try to use it to melt snow in a weird “deice” mode. The first time I had wiper spray like this was Tesla and I hated it and I don’t love the Gravity either but it’s fine…

You’re right. I forgot about that and that you had an R1S. Appreciate the refresher. We also now have a 2026 dual performance R1S. Too early to tell about efficiency. But different thread… And I never use conserve, so good memory on that!
