Update. Just got my GDO Blac to work with Alexa. There was a setting on the app that was not mentioned in their instructions, once I did that everything fell in place. Now I can open/close the door with an Alexa voice command.

Yes it works fine. But the 3-step process to close the door when in reverse is a poor design. Not a major problem but it’s an annoyance all the same.

I agree, it would be great if it worked. My frustration with Homelink when reversing is the same. But this is not the solution. I have the latest GDO firmware, and it is linked as an Alexa skill. The voice commands just do big work.

Mine does show the 3D view properly. But in about 10-15 secs it switches back to the 2D vertical. There’s no setting option to keep it on 3D.

But the default mode is still vertical? I can move it around to get the 3D view but after a bit it reverts to the vertical. Is that how it’s supposed to be?
