I have always had success cleaning the inside of car windows using newspaper (if you can find it) and window cleaner. Do the initial cleaning with newspaper, then followup with paper towels.

I called the Lucid Service Center in Natick MA. That's who the "they" was. Natick is my local service center. From the time I called them to the time the car was operational was probably two hours (not including the failed first update). I was on the phone with them 4-5 times during the fix.

No duh--the online owners manual is a PITA IMO. I would pay $100 for a printed one. (Yes, I understand that upgrades to the car can make in information in the manual obsolete.)

I just tested out charging my new Air GT has a Tesla supercharger and it’s working just fine. I just selected the charger inumber n the l Lucid app and it started charging right away. No need for the Tesla app. Charging at 44KW which is fine. FWIW I have the Lucid adapter.
