I didn’t reach out to my SA for the update I received today. He proactively contacted me. He’s been great. I guess YMMV between SAs. Some are awesome, while some are not.

I’ll bet the units they deliver to UBER for robo-taxi service will be Touring models, and per the press release, they’re going to start delivering cars to UBER this year. So maybe that lights a fire under Touring production.

My GDE has held an “In Production” status since May 3rd. Today, just as yours did, the status of my order changed to “Preparing for Delivery”. Hoping that means it’s at the SC now 🤞🏼

Same here. My GDE went into production on 2 May (and is still showing 'In Production' on the Lucid site). I told my SA I'd be trading my Tesla Model X Plaid, and he said we'd work that out "closer to delivery".
