    2.8.0 Software Update

Just came back home using HFDA after playing some evening basketball and I'm honestly impressed. Lane centering & lane change worked flawlessly and the drive was smoooooooth. Felt better than previous DA.

    2.8.0 Software Update

Man, it's wild that the first 13 or so pages of this thread are people upset Lucid didn't release(?) the update yet. On another note, got my update last night & looking forward to hearing thoughts & opinions on the new release! I need to test out the hood strut change!

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

Regarding your home charger, did you configure it to allow non-tesla vehicles to charge on it? You have to use the Tesla app and change it if it isn't already.

Engineering Explained is now a Lucid owner?

Looks like Jason from Engineering Explained has switched over to Lucid. At 21:46 of his latest video he puts a QR referral to "Tesla". 😂

You basically want to get it to reset its peak open position.

    Frunk fail to close

Try the following: Go to the back of the car and press the button there to open the trunk. If it opens partially and you are able to press the INNER trunk button, press and hold it until it is all the way up. After it reaches its peak and stops, let go of the button and then just press it...

    OTA Update 2.7.0

You can force your phone to make the app use cellular connection only instead of WiFi. This was my original go-to solution. I hope it works for you. Check this thread for instructions: https://lucidowners.com/threads/lucid-app-vehicle-wake-up-improvement-at-home.11485/

    OTA Update 2.7.0

I just got the notification for update to 2.7.0. Going to do a factory restore before going to this (hoping it fixes my awfully long app-to-car wakeup time and some other bugs I've experienced)!

    27GB Android Mobile App?

That's what I did last time hence why I said that I think the issue still exists. I'll do it one more time just in case.

    27GB Android Mobile App?

Are you referring to the mobile data? I'm unsure to be honest.

    27GB Android Mobile App?

I don't think the memory leak got resolved. I had previously deleted all data and reinstalled the app few days ago. It was at around 700MB at the time but now it's at 11GB.

    Lucid Air towing issue

For sure! Not disagreeing here. Just pointing out a situation where the car self-changes to park.

    Lucid Air towing issue

The car does indeed go into park if you are stopped and open the driver-side door.

Solution to avoid water getting in the trunk after car wash or rain

The trick is to open the trunk first and then wipe the rest of the car. Then when you get back to the trunk, most of the water will have already drained through the sides.

    27GB Android Mobile App?

App: 271 MB Data: 26.85 GB (I'm assuming User & Data mean the same thing in this instance) Cache: 2.51 MB Total: 27.13 GB Yes, this is because I had previously set the Lucid app to ONLY use data via mobile network. It used to be workaround for me to be able to wake up the car very fast at home...

    27GB Android Mobile App?

I just spotted that the mobile app on Android is 27GB. Seems awfully big for what it does. Can anyone else confirm the size on their phone?
