Those other manufacturers promised the adapters at the time of sale because they were promising NACS charging as a feature. And as part of that promise they were saying they would have good charging speeds. Lucid never promised this.

In 2016 the 6-seat was the only configuration available. My 2018 is a 5 seater. I needed the cargo space and didn't have any need at the time for the third row But now with 4 grandchildren, 7 seats are important...hence Gravity 😊
