Definitely a lemon, no matter what the definitions are. Did a kindergarden class practice assemblying your vehicle, was inspection asleep when checking the car? Inexcusable is right. But most of us here are surprised since our cars don't seem to display the multiple problems yours is afflicted...
Borski, thank you! Turned off the 'passive lock' (I didn't even realize it was separate from 'passive unlock'), and now I don't have to wait for a minute in the garage until it wakes up and unlocks. It just spends the night unlocked in there.
I have to guess you got a lemon of a Lucid. My 1.5 yo Touring (25,000 + miles) has had its share of problems, but even though my nearest mobile service is in Ohio, Lucid always came through and fixed things. Once they even took my car to MA for a failed headlight replacement while I was on...
With my Pixel 8a it needs the phone to be unlocked or at least awake to unlock the car. For some reason it's worse at home, when the car is connected to my wifi, butter anywhere else
I have to agree, my pixel 6a took a long time to wake the car up, and as I switched to the 8a last week, things seem to have gotten worse, not better. Although I haven't yet done the uninstall-reinstall raindance after the 2.4.4 update...
It turns out this functionality was never working for me. Today I reprogrammed Homelink, and it started dropping the button on approach. Reprogramming was a bit cumbersome - took several attempts but worked in the end. First I had to delete my existing link
Got the 2.4.4 today. Don't see the garage door opener button always on the screen, it still takes two clicks to open/close - first the home icon, then the door name. What am I missing?
It happened to me for the first and only time this morning. All the handles are presented, but the driver's door won't open from the outside. Had to get in the back seat and open the driver's door with a normal, not super-strong pull. Hasn't happened again the 3-4 times I've paranoidally checked...
I second that, except Lucid's HW Assist is much less obnoxious than Tesla's when it thinks you're not paying attention. No big red triangles with 'autopilot not available till the end of this trip' or something along these lines
