Cars are now phones on wheels, this is the new norm. They will be software driven. I would give credit to Lucid for offering this. You do understand tonnes of new features and functionality has been added since the car was introduced? If you want those improvements, you need to accept software...
$200 doesn’t replace the wheel. More likely amount it would cost to fix the wheel.
Damage is damage. Perfectly acceptable to bill you for it.
This is the drawback about leasing. I always buy my cars, less stressful and no need to baby the car.
This is the problem with leasing. You are borrowing the car, so the expectation is to return it in an undamaged condition. Nothing wrong in that.

Not acceptable having the same issues with the Gravity. Wonder how many Gravity had key issues.
Man, this is getting embarrassing!
Or reality? Midsize may have more ramp up issues , considering the higher volumes that are expected and the history of Lucid delays.

Better to have poor expectations and be surprised.
I prefer not dealing with a dealership, sitting there 5 hours, negotiating, then the add ons that I never asked for, then financing and “ do you want extended warranty” - yucky experience.
Well, they better get a move on and make sure they don’t mess up with the midsize release- stay on target and make sure they have all their ducks in a line. They messed up Air release big time, and Gravity delayed 6 months, and still don’t have the Gravity supply chain in order. Lucid executives...
