Well its always easy to take pot shots at lawyers, but my take away from reading about others' experiences was that lawyers who specialized in lemon laws brought a lot of experience and expertise to the table. I don't care either way--I'm just relating what I read.

On the Audi E-tron forum, there was mention of lawyers who specialize in lemon law cases. It sounded like they got results. Hiring a lawyer to discuss your options is never a bad idea. Whether you want to take the nuclear option and have the lawyer contact Lucid is a whole different question...

Sometimes Enode would get stuck (on my Audi) and not update. A quick reboot of the ABRP app would get things going again. Not ideal, but manageable.

In fairness, fully autonomous driving should be acceptable when it reaches a level where it is safer than your average excellent human driver. However that's not the standard people are willing to accept. They want 100% safety, and no system can produce that.

This is so true. I was buzzing along the highway at 75mph using Adaptive Cruise Control and my Audi E-tron GT suddenly decided to slow down and throw a bunch of warnings at me. I was able to take over at about 65mph but I'm sure the cars behind me did not find this amusing.
