It happens on my phone, Pixel 6 pro, my wife's phone, Pixel 7 pro, and my Samsung tablet. All have the same behavior. They connect while car is charging but when the charging cycle completed and the car is in sleep state it never wakes.

I've waited for several minutes, multiple thirty second cycles. Never wakes.

When my Touring is charging and I open the app (on Pixel 6 pro) it connects almost instantaneously. When the charging stops, charging cable still connected the car does not wake. As soon as charging starts again the app can connect. Any ideas why the car doesn't wake when it is not charging?

Ah, maybe you hit on the cause. My wife hasn't been in the car since the latest software update.

I have not had this issue since applying the latest update.

Tried this approach. I takes about 25 seconds to switch the profile then get a prompt to allow the seats and steering wheel to be repositioned. Works fine getting back into the car. The car needs a real Easy Exit.

Sorry for the delay. Just got a chance to check it today. I did find the rubber button, but it is not by the area in the red circle. It is in the middle at the bottom. Pressing that area worked multiple times in a row.

I actually tried yesterday to record it. Of course during my round trip to Naples from Marco Island (40 minutes each way) didn't happen once. I'll keep trying to capture the audio.

The thud I am getting is not mild, quite loud, but very random.

I am getting a random squeal and or thud when stepping on the accelerator from a stop position. Sometimes car shakes a bit when it happens. Very random. Hard to reproduce. Any thoughts about possible cause?

Ran into this issue today. No cellular connectivity. So no Spotify, Sirius, etc. AM/FM work. Works okay when wifi available. Tried switching profiles and logo reset. Neither worked. Called CS. Supposedly a tech will call me to schedule a service visit.

I have not had any issues with updates. I have always received a notification that an update was available and applied the update without any problems. Last several updates I applied remotely from NY to my Touring in FL.

It would be nice to add a next favorite function to the next/previous song buttons on the steering wheel. Long press or double tap would go to the next/previous favorite.
