I’d give service a call, I doubt they wouldn’t warranty it if they had a tech come and look at it and it wasn’t broken by you in some way. Sounds like you might have just had a bad SA pick up.
It’s a warranty item normally. Most likely it just came unpaired with the vehicle. You could try paring the fob in the vehicle, as a last resort. Then give service a call or text.
Consult the software iceberg :) Lucid’s software people have done marvelous things to make the vehicle as efficient and reliable as it is today.
