I’d give service a call, I doubt they wouldn’t warranty it if they had a tech come and look at it and it wasn’t broken by you in some way. Sounds like you might have just had a bad SA pick up.

It’s a warranty item normally. Most likely it just came unpaired with the vehicle. You could try paring the fob in the vehicle, as a last resort. Then give service a call or text.

Do not use the Lutron. Or any adapter. The network is not yet set up to support NACS to Air connection. Should be Q3 based on Lucid’s current guidance.
