    Lucid Comfort

I drive a Highlander Hybrid, top trim, besides the Lucid. No question way easier to get in and out at 6’3. You would expect. But I have adjusted. For me, I wish the steering wheel went a little higher and came out a little farther given all the leg room. But I have adjusted. The seats are...

I've ordered my Grant Touring on March 7th and it specifically states "for vehicles not delivered to Lucid locations, additional freight and delivery

Got my AGT last week. Am 500 miles from Seattle. No delivery charge above the 1500 for trucking it to me. To my door it came with someone to teach me. Nice service.

    “Sleep”… “Waking up” with 1.2.1

I did what you said and now have second bluetooth entry on phone. The phone is linked by mobile key. I had to remove a prior attempt that must not have finished. It is working by proximity with opening doors, etc. Thank you @hydbob

    “Sleep”… “Waking up” with 1.2.1

Mine is not working that way. Car asleep. Lucid app open on my phone. I walk up to car. door locks remain locked. I have to manually confirm unlocking after pressing unlock icon on the app. Get in car. See pictures. Have to enter a PIN. Is there some setting that makes it work like a key fob...

    Release Version Megathread

Here is an unedited (coarse) video from this morning. The car was asleep all night. The car lights turned on when I opened the garage door which I didnt catch. The fob is only few feet from the car when I open garage door as you can see. But I opened the door, clicked garage opener by the...

    “Sleep”… “Waking up” with 1.2.1

In the Using Mobile Key section, I think I misread that it used PIN for entry. the whole section is actually about Pairing/Unpairing, nothing on using the mobile key. So, I think you are right. But in practice, it is asking me for a PIN using my phone and not my key fob. Does it for you? If...

Setting up Alexa in the Lucid Air

@hydbob and @duc900 , along with the above install instructions, here are the commands I could find. Credit to others on this site for the list. I printed it out and put in the car until I get comfortable with the commands I will be using. I have not attached files here before so I hope it...

    “Sleep”… “Waking up” with 1.2.1

To be clear, per manual, PIN always required with mobile key, not fob. I wish it wasn’t but so be it. Would be nice to have Facial Recognition be the Two Factor Authentication instead of PIN. From what I see, Face Recognition used only for selecting user Profile. I have only one profile so...

    Lucid Comfort

I did not ‘race’ (or my friends) in either car to be clear. :). Just a little pushing the envelope. Maybe Taycan would be much better in tight twisty turns at high speed but not what I drive. I do live in the mountains so lots of turns but not a race track. For a 6,000lb car, it is...

    Release Version Megathread

Huh, my AGT with fob opens doors as I walk up, get in, step on brake, click to R and I am backing out of garage immediately. I cant say exactly but maybe 5 sec from entering car to go? The panel is not ready like above for maybe 15 sec max but it shows the surround cameras by the time i leave...

    Lucid Comfort

Friend’s wife has a Panamera and a different friend has Taycan S. I have new AGT. Better ride, better seats in mine. About same on twisty roads, maybe Taycan better a little. But not much. I’ll take the comfort inside, and better UI of Lucid. Am 6,3 so hard to get in/out of the others...

Setting up Alexa in the Lucid Air

Lol. That would be great. Hopefully help others. I did find out no way to disconnect phone from steering wheel. They are putting in a request. If you are interested, suggest others call also. I would like to see the microphone Voice Assist button on steering wheel disconnect a call. If more...

Setting up Alexa in the Lucid Air

As a software engineer and medical professional, it does little good to rant as I see in some posters. After 24 hours with an AGT, have solved 95% of the issues I have. Regarding Alexa and calling, Lucid support was excellent. Spoke at times with Dennis, Jack, and Hien. They are 24x7, I have...

Setting up Alexa in the Lucid Air

Interesting. This morning when I say Call …, it says can’t find contact for every person I try. Even when I can see it in contact list. Also how do you search for a contract in a list of hundreds to call manually?

Setting up Alexa in the Lucid Air

LOL. Same thing for me. I had to change my website password since it had a ^. I got my AGT yesterday!! Alexa set up but unable to make a phone call. Most of car works fantastic. that seems like it should work. The contacts are there. Any thoughts?

For some perspective (I learned something as well)

Other way around. Knowing it was a new production car from a new company, knowing what Tesla went through, why would you buy one of the first 500 cars? I look forward to getting my Grand Touring tomorrow knowing it wont be perfect. But they will iterate, they have already made much progress...

    Safety rating / insurance costs

Interesting. I have Progressive and just got insurance yesterday at 1000/yr. I did call Liberty Mutual and they wanted 3x more for my current vehicles! Didn’t even ask for Lucid at that point.

Road & Track: Who The Hell Is Going to Buy a Lucid?

I am 65+ yo and we have a Tesla M3, a friend has Model S and a Taycan Turbo S so have been in all of them yet I want (and apparently will shortly have) a GT. My wife's M3 is WAY too small and uncomfortable for my 6'3" frame. The Taycan is also too small. Ride is harsh. Talk about having to...
