So now I know why the surround camera isn't working on my car since updating to 2.0. One of the cameras is defective. The 2.0 software is less tolerant of error codes from the camera than the old software was. They will be replacing the camera in a few days when the replacement shows up.

They seem to be taking the reported bugs very seriously. A mobile service van is on its way to our house to try to reproduce a problem I reported.
