So I barely caught the outer edge of my passenger mirror on a concrete pillar. It cracked the black portion of the housing.
It still performs all functions fine.
I was wondering if anyone else has had to replace one yet and if they happen to know if the housing can be replaced which would...
It's "valid" but it's only measured and reported that very short distance. If that distance was you starting down a hill and coating it's very high, if you jackrabbited from a red light it's very low.
So it's valid but not really meaningful because it's not a good average of a significant drive...
Honesty, I do not mind seeing the comparisons to what is available now. If we only saw comparisons to older Teslas there would be no competition.
I like seeing honest evaluations that despite the Lucid's early stage software shortcomings and limitations, many people are willing to accept and...
The gold part looks like the screw inserts that are part of the license plate mounts that you attach the plate to. Those have been popping out for some people. Maybe the fabric part helps hold it in place from the back side? I can't imagine that is it or the service would have known that.
It happens to me far too regularly too. Frustrating but just doesn't seem like anything will ever be done.
Sometimes I get it after 15 minutes or so. I unplug and re-start and it jumps back up for a while. The way it does it makes me wonder if it is their way of limiting the "unlimited"...
Yes, I guess that can be true for the Air. It's so heavy that as a daily driver around town with lots of stop and go it can really be a drain especially in cold weather.
The first 5 months of mine was mostly road trips and it was amazing. The last 4 months between cold weather and mostly town...
One thing is clear, no matter what your driving habits and style are, weather conditions, tire pressures, etc, each driver will go further in a Lucid than they will in any other vehicle by a significant amount.
It will be interesting if these will qualify for Free charging by us under the EA umbrella or will they "technically" be Travel Center of America chargers installed and maintained by EA.
This could be a different type of partnership than they have with Walmart & Sheetz locations.
It's likely the vents froze because of getting the car washed in the cold weather and the actuators keep trying to open them.
Several of us have had this issue. When the weather warms up it will stop.
I would think there are a fair number of institutional buyers that have holdings that have, so far, lost money. If the buyout doesn't make up for some of their hurting I would think there would be lawsuits. Whether there's a basis for that I have no clue.
I always wondered about this if there's some sort of safeguards as they could put a buyout to a shareholder vote and obviously, because they own 60 some odd % it would pass and they would not have to pay a big premium to entice the other shareholders.
After I updated the right screen up top showed a message "tablet shutting down" or tablet something. First time I've seen that. Pilot panels was blank too. Eventually it restarted on it's own almost like a reboot but just those 2 screens. All others were fine.
I use it as a chance to cook the food I keep with me like it is in a microwave. One time when I was charging to 100% for a trip I overcooked everything.
