    LCHCS stuck at 12A

I have a hydraulic crimper from when I did a Miata EV conversion in my garage. I crimped on pure copper lugs (tinned) for 6AWG wire. But it can only be the unit itself or the installation. As soon as I get the motivation to open the unit back up, I'll verify the open circuit voltage at the...

    LCHCS stuck at 12A

Great question. This same circuit has supported an EVSE on a NEMA 14-50 plug for the past 10+ years. I swapped out the plug and now have the Lucid unit hardwired in the same spot. 50A breaker, 6AWG wiring, dip switches set for 40A. I even tried setting the DIP switches at the 32 A setting...

Well, that's a bummer. I don't really care about the connectivity.

    LCHCS stuck at 12A

Wow. 192.168.1.x is the most common home IP address. But my home is set up for 10.0.0.x I'll try the suggestion of turning off the home Wi-Fi and trying again. But not tonight. Got other stuff to do. Does anyone think this is the reason I can't charge at >12 amps? Customer Care didn't think...

Anyone know of bidirectional charging status?

This is informed speculation, but here goes. The CCS Standard had a provision for bi-directional charging. The J3400 standard (NACS) currently does not. THe Ford F150 came out with bi-directional charging before the big announcement and the industry switchover to NACS. The F150 exported...

Same result with other browsers. I even tried my phone's wifi and browser. On hold with customer care now. Screensnap is is from the phone.

    LCHCS stuck at 12A

I am trying to install a (brand) new Lucid Charging station. It is all wired in and installed and ready to go, except. I can't get it to connect to WiFi. Let me explain. It does charge my car, but no more than 12 amps. Yes, I checked the dip switch setting, and it is where I want it (40...

    Rangexchange V2V working great

So, I have an unusual request. Is anyone in the SF Bay Area willing to rent me their RangeXchange for a week? I went to buy the cable, learned it was backordered, and also learned that my mobile charge unit that came with my '23 car is incompatible. My wife is taking her Ioniq 5 to Gold...

Anyone know of bidirectional charging status?

I've heard conflicting results abuot V2H on the current cars. Can someone save me from reading 8 pages of thread? Do all Airs that have been delivered have the ability to support future V2H? Thanks.

    ABRP

And no, I have to accept going the Enode route. Yet. Being a curmudgeon about 3rd party access to my data. But I may yet get over myself.

    ABRP

ABRP just* announced v6.0, and that it will get Live Data over "modern" AA support, and that it should be the simpliest way for AA users to get Live Data. It doesn't seem to work with the AA Carlinkit that many (impatient) AA users have been using. From the ABRP v6.0 description: * or I just...

Getting Android Auto into the Lucid

The link below is the one I have in my car right now, and it can be ordered on Amazon today. Definitely a Chinese product. Maybe issues with the new tariffs....? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMXHMGZ8?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2

    ABRP

I remember now why I couldn't get Enode to work -- I didn't want to give them my login credentials. There is supposedly another "generic" way that generates a token... But it is developer only, so, no bueno. I drive to LA from the SF Bay Area alot. I only need one stop and I have it down...

    ABRP

Has anyone been able to get live data from the Air to ABRP? I've doen this on my wife's Ioniq 5 via an OBDII port and it works great. I'd like to get that running on my AIr, but, no OBDII port. According to ABRP, there is a way via Enode. I haven't been able to figure that out, however.
