Tesla does not come with Homelink by default either. They charge $350 for the installation of a Homelink module. Manufacturers have to pay licensing fees for Homelink, and they aren’t cheap; I suspect you’ll see more and more vehicles charging for that option. I don’t know yet what Lucid...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I’m pretty sure Homelink is an option for the Gravity; but don’t quote me on that. The DE comes with all options, hence why it’s missing, but otherwise I do believe it’s an option, unlike on the Air which just includes it by default.

I wasn’t given a timeframe but I didn’t really ask; we use Home Assistant for our garage doors anyway. You should ask and let us know tho!

Unless you find another source, consider this trash. This website is banned for a reason, and it isn’t because we like banning things. It’s the *only* website we’ve banned, because it is constantly making things up.

It’s included with the DE and was listed on our due bill, so I wouldn’t stress too much about it. I’ve had none of these. We saw the wireless charging thing briefly, but it was my wife’s case (which has had issues on other chargers too). Removing it fixed it.

12 Months In, and I'm Out.

As with everything: YMMV. My experience in Model 3s doesn’t mean yours will be the same, but the same holds true for the software bugs, etc. Test drive one. :)

FWIW, ours is the same on all of the above, minus the key and Sirius/audio issues; pressing the handle does unlock ours 🤷‍♂️ I’ll be honest though, we didn’t spend almost any time listening to music because we were simply marveling at how absolutely silent the car was.

    OTA Update 2.7.0

Okay, then don’t use the workaround. That’s entirely your choice, but in the spectrum of presently available options, I fail to see how “remain frustrated and pissed off” is somehow superior to “use a workaround that isn’t ideal but helps.” Your life, though, and your car. :)

Midsize platform coming in late 2026--per Electrek

Apple also isn’t always first. But they are usually not the worst, either. Lucid isn’t Apple, but I’m not counting them out from pulling out yet another magic trick.

Kim Java Preview of the Lucid Gravity

Nobody here has said the opposite. Hell, @Steveinarizona has no Lucid at all and posts regularly. Nobody is tar and feathering him either. :) People are allowed to like whatever they want. The corollary to that, however, that people seem to constantly be unwilling to accept, is: people are...

    Software Wishlist for 2025

Correct. All the media apps are written by those respective vendors. That’s also why none of them match the Lucid interface as well. Nope. This is a new bug; it only started when they added AA for those green bubble folks 🙄 haha It’s not intentional, so I’m sure they’ll fix it.

    OTA Update 2.7.0

You need service. Flashing twice as fast means a bulb is burning out (on most vehicles), and the other issues appear to be some kind of calibration or other issue. Call service. Sorry to say.

    Software Wishlist for 2025

#4 - write to Tidal. This is a vendored app, and Tidal has to fix it. #7 - exists today, if you install Home Assistant. :) which means it exists in the API and I suspect will be added to the mobile app soon, but as usual HA is already ahead 😈
