    Feedback/improvements for the Air!

Send out education emails to owners once in two weeks with sample commands. Why: This will increase awareness of the available command. The following few days may provide required data for improvement and trends for usage. Google Assistant emails are good examples.

    Feedback/improvements for the Air!

Totally agree, Bar would represent this better. But I'll leave it to the UI experts to figure out what works better. With so much compute available, they can allow driver to set a certain charge speed when they should get a prompt if charging pace goes below that level.

    Chargepoint Home Flex Issue

I finally got my replacement unit delivered 6 days back, yet to be replaced on the wall. This was sent to me after I ended escalating and asked for my money refunded. It is still rev 1 unit. Looks like they stopped upgrading new designs for Home Flex and focusing more on Network development.

    Feedback/improvements for the Air!

Even LUCID's own water bottle doesn't fit. What a disaster on that area. I wish it was modular and LUCID could replace the whole thing.

Free software is limited to 4 years

Since these cars are very very expensive iPhone on wheels, I'm hoping that there should be a middle path to the software update requirements for all cars. Every car must be supported for a reasonable period for various components of the software. At least 10 years for free for critical component...

Profile settings seat postion lost after 2.0.52

I see this is marked a s resolved. But actually the solution we have is a work around and NOT a resolution to the problem. The problem will be considered resolved when this issue doesn't happen next time again after updates. So I request you keep it as an open Bug in the system.

Profile settings seat postion lost after 2.0.52

Yes I ended up saving to the profile again and it worked. But I think the loss of profile settings after an update should be identified as an issue and addressed & tested before every software release. 😃

Profile settings seat postion lost after 2.0.52

After 2.0.52 update, Air GT driver seat lost driver seat profile, the back of driver seat started folding in towards steering. This happened when I was playing with new turnoff feature and other functionality of the update. Don't remember what triggered it. This repeated again in similar...

Any Lucid owners who are previously Tesla owners? Curious about your thoughts on your experience and if you prefer Lucid

GT is better. I agree SUV to Sedan comparison is not fair and that is applicable only for space, usability and capacity etc. Anything on quality, feature or luxury at that price point is fair game. We can't separate them on those irrespective of class.

I owned new X and now Air GT. Sold my X simply because it was not worth that kinda money at all. The quality and feel in the X was awful for that money. Only software was the thing that worked OK but it had lot of kinks and issues in that too.
