The forum has something called Progressive Web App. Click the menu on your mobile device and click install.

I would say that is not a fair comparison, yet. Just a FYI, the forums are currently averaging 190 posts per day in November. That may be "lighter" than more established brand forums, but I would say that is far from a couple posts per day.

I like the idea. I don't know how to implement it though. This is something the XenForo software team could be working on. I will keep my eye out and provide the suggestion to them.
