    Pure and Touring Ranges

Not sure if this is out there yet, obviously today is the 15th, but just ran across this. https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2022/11/15/lucid-reveals-lower-cost-air-electric-luxury-sedans.html 425 range for Touring, 410 for AWD Pure.

    EA is a f**kng joke

I’ve been in the 30s as well, but been able to get about 3.6-3.8 for my current driving. If you can tolerate it, seat heaters and steering wheel heater over the main heater should allow your efficiency to see what I’m seeing. You should be good!

    This your wife’s car @MoniputerLM?? 😂

    Range question

That 330 miles is at a flat out 80 mph. That alone is a major range hit; combine that with headwinds, colder weather, most likely climate being used etc, 70% of epa is quite good at that speed, and as @HC_79 said, they even achieved 3.6 during better conditions, which is 403 miles give or take...

    EA inconsistency question.

I remember @Sandvinsd had an issue after an update that turned off a module that allowed their car to utilize EA handshake. Contacted CC and had it “turned back on.” Now, can’t speak to the consistency only EA afterwards, and my own experience has honestly been really good. Just plugged in 2 min...

Tesla opens up port for everyone to use

Interesting, I only had a MS which capped my speed at 200 kW, I never experienced those issues, but I also didn’t have the M3 which could charge faster.

Tesla opens up port for everyone to use

Because they are excluded from the recent EV incentives. Since only they currently use the connector, they need a 2nd manufacturer to adopt it to unlock the funds for the government. It is a much nicer connector than the larger CCS ones though..

Their Car Rolled Over 4 Times

To the contrary. Realllly certain that Lucid tried to do everything they could to flip it during crash testing and it wouldn’t. There had to be some incredible speed, and that slope in the photo to make a true 4X flip.. Glad everyone is okay!

How Much Range Are You Actually Getting?

Heating chews up a lot, unless it’s extremely cold, try using only the steering wheel and seat heaters to get better efficiency. If you’re seeing a lot of vampire drain that is not after a DCFC session, make sure your keys are either in a faraday pouch or far from the car, if you have a mobile...

Can the headlights be turned off?

Sit in your car, start it. Put it in drive, toggle the fog switch light on the cockpit panel and watch the 360 camera. It illuminates (or should as mine does).

    October OTA Updates

Laughable..keep on escalating. I’m sure you can show them the breaker, wire size, and wire run length to confirm it’s all to spec.

    Replace entire HV battery?

There have been a few on the forum thus far. I believe @Pete44 and @HC_79 were a couple i think. Pretty certain it was 2-4 weeks, depends on how long it takes to source the pack

    Cracking just below trunk

Yea I’d say that’s from loading/unloading items. I have a solid line where the trunk squeezes shut, but mine is on my PPF so it doesn’t bother me. Definitely nothing that looks like that.

    Windshield wipers

Yea I was very pleased on my drive yesterday, especially coming through SF when visibility was trash through 19th. Worked like a charm for me, didn’t have to adjust to auto high, or even the constant low/high setting. The car also remembers the wiper setting you previously set (earlier in this...
