    Main display gets very hot

Supposedly only the earliest versions of the car required you to put it there. Now you can locate it anywhere but on the back side of the screen is out of sight and I got the black silicone sleeve someone on here suggested and linked and now it's virtually invisible. Full disclosure, I haven't...

    Main display gets very hot

Hopefully it's just heatsinks dissipating the heat. This was one of my concerns when I mounted my EZ Pass to the back of the screen

    SiriusXM Megathread

I'm thinking I'll keep it stashed away for trips where I get frustrated with cell dead zones but it'll be awesome having the software version for 98% of the time

    SiriusXM Megathread

It's great, but I assume it's just the app/software version. Glad to have it but the hardware version is what makes it great for traveling and avoiding cell service dead areas. But, I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. It will be a nice addition.

I just checked and mine is the same way. I was one of the 100 Beta

2.0.15 - The MOAU - Mother Of All Updates

Are the "Home", "GPS", and "Music" icons along the left edge of the right-hand cockpit screen or the right edge of that screen? That's another way to tell

    charging boredom?

Aren't those more like Level 2 chargers? They would not work for me on a toad trip. Around me, EA's 150s are far more prevalent than the 350s, on the highway road trips there seems to still be more 150s than 350s and half the time you'll see a Chevy Bolt on the only 350. Don't wait for it...

2.0.18 - Highway Assist is Awaiting Instructions

I'm assuming it means it didn't recognize you in the data base. It's been doing the same for me lately and I'm lucky if it gets me 25% of the time, it's mostly a red X. I'm the only drive so it doesn't really matter for me but I'm sure it could be and issue for others. I may try re-recording...

    charging boredom?

150 is perfectly fine for road trips and especially if you're charging 20%-80% it will be a negligible time difference compared to the 350s. I've done several trips using almost 150s exclusively and by the time I do a bathroom break, maybe get food, check my emails, I'm done and on the road again

2.0.15 - The MOAU - Mother Of All Updates

I wonder if it varies much. I have not used it a ton yet, but whenever I have, my left elbow rests on my knee and I hold the steering wheel with one hand at 7:00 just under the cross piece. The weight of my hand pulling downward in that position seems to provide enough torque on the wheel to...

    SiriusXM Megathread

This was my exact morning project before football started. I used exact same one and same results. I really only want it for road trips where I was too often losing cell coverage so I'm also keeping it in the hidden storage. I'll pull it out for trips where I don't think I'll mind the wires...

    Battery Degradation After 1 Year

I thought I remember reading that first year degradation tends to be a little higher, in general, compared to succeeding years too.

    Only 2.2 m/kWh so far

I don't think it's that unusual. The car hasn't broken in yet and it usually improves when it does. Local driving is hard for a 5,500 pound vehicle. Getting it up to speed uses a lot of energy. If you're like most of us, you may be enjoying the new power of the car more than you might once...

Wireless Charging Has Improved For Me

I have a Pixel 6 Pro with a leather case. When I first got my car, I was managing to get wireless charging maybe 20% of the time I would insert the phone. Sometimes I kept re-trying the insert until it worked other times just stored the phone there. Now, 6 months later, I'm more like 80+%...

Volume wheel: is it supposed to be lit?

Funny, I noticed two days ago it wasn't lit. Now I'm wondering if it was lit before and the fact that it is dark now made me notice
