Did you order them direct from the center in Costa Mesa?

My DA seemed surprised that this group of cars arrived. He expected the PDIs to go quickly as they have have volunteers from the factory and other centers working them. It looks like the PA and the financial transactions will be the pacing items for delivery.

Good news for those of you “in production” - after eight days looking at that on the dashboard (mine still says that), I found out today that my car is in Costa Mesa and will be undoing inspection shortly. Looks like delivery hopefully early next week!

Is Frank a local San Diego area mobile tech?

There may be good news - mine is also in the 8th day of production but my DA just sent me an email that he “thinks” my car arrived at the service center either yesterday or this morning…he is trying to confirm before I get too excited.

7th day “in production” for my White/Santa Cruz. I know this was one of the earlier “batches“ and many are getting their cars. Not sure what is happening with mine. My DA finally returned today (from family leave) and said he would run it to ground…. Not easy to wait after changing...

Russell called me and apologized also. He had told me earlier that my White/Santa Cruz was potentially going to be at the Costa Mesa service center this week. He sounded somewhat surprised that the dashboard has shown it to be “in production” for the last 6 days. He promised to find out...

Is PDI part of production or prep for delivery on the dashboard?

That was exactly my reaction to my friend - he could only reply “I guess so”!

Call the service center. I believe you have Russell as your DA. I was told yesterday that he is on vacation this whole week! Can’t imagine why they didn’t assign someone to watch “his flock”.

I first got my VIN when the dashboard went live - 5 days ago - my car has been “in production” for that same amount of time…and counting.

Sounds exactly like what I was told today after talking to the delivery center and found that my DA has been unresponsive because he is on vacation with his family. I have no problem with that but no stand-in named during his absence as my promised EOY delivery is in jeopardy - not very...

Update - I called the Service Center Desk and they verified that the car is still in the “last stages of production” but no schedule for completion, shipping, or delivery. That is disappointing as I made two configuration changes at the suggestion of my DA to expedite delivery of my loaded...
