I use SiriusXM just for one channel. One our cars has it and the other doesn’t. When I’m in the car that doesn’t have it I use the SiriusXM mobile app on my iPhone. I plan on doing the same thing in my Lucid.

The first video he posted he was a Livestream of his drive. He started somewhere in California and he said it was 104 degrees. So, I’m guessing his remarks about the AC are taking into account his experience in really hot weather.

I fully expect that Lucid will start production of Touring and Pure trims in Q4 but Q4 is 3 months so who knows when exactly during the quarter they will announce the production of these vehicles. I’m actually not expecting delivery of mine until first or second quarter of 2023.

Michael Bell, SVP Digital, spoke today at the NVIDIA GTC Conference. He talked about Dream Drive Pro and OTAs. I don’t think he said anything new other than saying how Highway Assist will work once it’s delivered. The YouTube channel, Financial Journey live-streamed his presentation.

I’m in CA too. This heatwave was such an extreme situation. Personally I think it’s irresponsible at this point in time to treat it as anything but that. As we push toward a more EV centric future there is time to build up the grid to better handle these events which are sure to start happening...

I just found it interesting that Lucid has made a big enough splash that even though they have only delivered a small number of cars they already have other car companies gunning for them. Even with all the flaws in the Air it’s still a marvel of a vehicle.
