The case was purchased on Amazon brand name OtoFly. Similar on both pucks but connects much easier on the right puck. Both pucks are flush. I just purchased the iPhones this week, so I’m not sure what is normal regarding the magnetic pull.

Just received my order from TWRAPS. I have new iPhone 14s. One has a cover that is supposed to be magnetic charger compatible, but it it has very little magnetic pull. Not sure how strong the magnet is designed to be. Without the cover, it connects better.
