I may have experienced the same this A.M. I thought it might have been my wifi connection. Didn't pay attention to the screen as I was backing out of the garage but will if it it happens again. It cleared up pretty quickly though.

Those are the best kinds. Paying down tech debt and laying the foundation to build the "new and exciting". When you think about it that is a feature as well.

Did that a few times, they had me reset the breaker, that fixed it until the next time and then lather rinse repeat. They didn't offer any other sort of fix. What did you do?

I switched from the Chargepoint to the Lucid charger since the Chargepoint tripped so often and disrupting the charge. The Lucid charger has not tripped once. I do admit that the App/Management of the Chargepoint is miles better but that isn't a high bar. The Luicd charger software feels...

I have the Pro system. I didn't like the way the standard system sounded when I test-drove the car. Even then the Pro system needed the tape fix IMO.

There is a whole thread on a fix for the front bass (replacing the tape over some holes in the front footwell) that dramatically increases the quality of the system.

I did what Bobby mentioned. I printed out pictures as well to show to the service tech. He was very accepting and zero pushback. Lucid service techs are a different breed vs other manufacturers.
