You need to allow the app to stay open in the background. Look at post 18

Look at post 15 & 18 - To keep it running in the background its in your Apps -> Lucid -> Battery

This setting seems to have solved the issue. I have walked up a few times and handles come out as I am a few feet away.

Found something else... Keep Open setting - You can lock the app to keep it open. Will see if this helps..

I just found a setting and I think this might help. It was on optimized but hopefully switching it to unrestricted will keep the mobile key running in the background. Hopefully this will also help with the car telling me the Key is no longer in the vehicle and asking me to enter a PIN many times.

I have an S22 and it works sometimes. 95% of the time I have to open the app and wait 5-10 seconds or so and the doors will unlock. There are definitely some bugs on the Android side and it does not work without me having to open the app almost every time.

Most likely the whole battery will not fail and you will probably just need a battery pack replaced which would be substantially cheaper.

I agree its not a Lucid Air issue but Lucid designed a vehicle and as of now only gave us one tire option for our 21's. This is definitely a Perelli issue and there needs to be options and we should get some sort of compensation for switching.

How about including a spare tire since their roadside assistance is so bad. I would have preferred to change my own tire instead of waiting 2 1/2 hours on the side of the highway waiting to get towed off the road.
