    That is a very interesting take. Somehow I doubt that receiving poor or unsatisfactory service was due to the fact the consumer/customer wasn't polite and cordial. Sorry but I refuse to believe Lucid would stand for this. Maybe I am wrong in my thoughts 🤔

    I have issues where I get garbled audio and at times I lose all audio from the right side of my car. This has been ongoing for 5+ months so not a "Hey Lucid" issue.

    I own a 2024 Air Pure. Have owned the car for 5 months. Have had issues with my car since day 1 and unfortunately I am still having them. Wish I could give you an answer on the 2025 model.

    Like you my mobile tech guy is the best. I haven't had a lot of success with my service advisor. I always have to reach out to him on follow up issues. Lucid's customer care/support has been hit and miss. Mostly miss for me.

    I never said Lucid has been building cars for 10 years. They have been in business since 2007 first by building engines. Again never once did I say they have been building cars since 2007. I do believe they started developing their car around 2014 or 2015 though.

    WOW this isn't good. No excuse for this type of treatment and for the service manager to act this way is unacceptable in my book. I would contact Lucid Customer Service just to make sure they have a record of this. I would also contact a Lawyer for a free consultation to see what my options are.
