like @HC_79 mentioned earlier, a lot of effort was made to be "different" and deliver vehicles within a certain time period after ordering was opened up. I'd argue that because of that specific messaging, many order-placers are frustrated because they were sold on an expectation of deliveries...

I agree wtih Deane here. Lucid's biggest mistake was opening orders. They could have just done their PR stunt deliveries in Dec'24 and then waited. Now with orders having been open since Nov 7, the waiting game is tiring and opposite what was advertised.

Obviously your experience has not been great while others are having next to no issues. The same is true of Rivian. Not sure why you are on a mission to prove that Lucid is the sole manufacturer with bad software when it's been proven time and time again it's not the case.
