Missed Q2 2023 Production and Delivery Numbers

Sheer speculation, but wouldn't Lucid be a great target for purchase by Apple (the only $3T company in the world)?

Want to Buy: Black 19” Winter Tires for GT

Needing a set of winter wheels/tires that will work with a Quantum Gray Stealth GT. Shipping to MN.

    Insurance company claim experience.

That experience sounds obscene! Where’s the accountability for lack of response + 1 month being out of commission?!? Sorry you’re going through this.

    Insurance company claim experience.

We use CHUBB. Not cheap, but at least they aren’t putting our premiums to use for ultra high-paid athletes (State Farm), British lizards (Geico) or the geeky breakfast club (Progressive). I’ve really grown to be annoyed by how often insurance advertisements are played during live sporting...

    Special TPMS?

Is resetting the TPMS something that can happen remotely or does it have to happen at a service center?

    Random squeal.

I get a similar thud/clunk (mild) when accelerating from a stop. Not sure if this is just engagement of the motor? Expected?

Quantum Gray GT Stealth - 20”

Thanks for the awesome explanation! I'll get to moving on this. The TPMS thing seems a bit wonky. Hopefully Lucid will be helpful with that bit? Where did you purchase the sensors? I haven't seen any Lucid GTs in the wild up here...yet! Most of our driving is around Excelsior.

    Next-Gen CarPlay

I'd be a happy early-adopter of Next Gen CarPlay. Per these article, it rolls basically all user interface functions under its umbrella. I do love some of the thoughtful Lucid OS aesthetics, but having Apple's UI/UX polish and customizability could be a real win- especially with their ability...

Quantum Gray GT Stealth - 20”

Unsure if this post will be seen, but I’d be interested in what folks would do for winter wheels/tires and where they’d shop? Lucid has a 19” Winter Wheel and Tire package for $3,750; however, I don’t know that the look would work all that well.

OK. I went back and looked at the dial (very small letters/numbers), and found that it actually had been at 80A. I am going to replace the Lectron with something that can handle 80A. I appreciate the heads up because it could’ve avoided a major problem. Thank you!

It’s a head-turner. get ready to field some questions like, “what kind of car is that?” :) Enjoy!!

Quantum Gray GT Stealth - 20”

Loving it! So happy - other than the well-reported bugginess (mostly minor) of the software. It’s a great vehicle to drive and looks so awesome in-person. I’d have opted for 21’s but our roads in Minnesota are quite prone to potholes (sidewall impact bubbles). The 20’s look good enough and...

Thanks for this note. Inside the Tesla wall charger, there are a variety of positions for the dial. It’s currently set to 32A. Should I adjust it down to 20? My Tesla only ever got 40 miles of range per hour.

At this point, I’m using my old Tesla wall charger with a Tesla to J1772 adapter from Amazon (Lectron). Getting 1 mile/minute of range.

Quantum Gray GT Stealth - 20”

Greetings from Minnesota! We took delivery of our Quantum Gray Grand Touring with Stealth Package and Mojave. The day was rainy/picture unfriendly, but here are some photos between the raindrops. In person, the car is better than expected and the Stealth details seem quite premium. This is...

    Hunting wild Lucid Airs

In the parking lot of a Best Buy yesterday, my Lucid GT Quantum Gray (Stealth) attracted a small crowd. One of the young men said as he was taking a picture, “That’s my next car…A Tesla!” I’m OK with the mistaken identity :-)
