FWIW, even my husbands 2024 VW GTI lets you turn off ACC so I don't believe the whole 'liability' thing myself. The VW has a 'toggle' to select 'standard cruise control' My husband said without it, it would have been a showstopper for him to buy the car actually. He has zero tolerance for ACC

That's the same exact problem I have in my 2023 AWD Pure. I've about given up on Sirius and Lucid at this point :( I've been using Spotify and even that has been spotty lately.. Constant stops and I have to press play to restart-- very annoying!

Certainly not 'showroom new' if that's where they were purchased. YIKES!

I can tell you the biggest selling point for me to get my Lucid Air was the metal roof! I want no part of a glass canopy-- so the Gravity is a hard no for me to even consider unless it becomes available with a metal roof!

The key fobs are known to kill batteries VERY quickly! 3-4 weeks easily dead unfortunately. I bought a supply of them and actually just replaced the battery on my loaner this morning!
