Lucky you - we have done several resets with the guidance of service over the phone and they did a remote reset - nothing changed. Tech came out to the house, an hour later of resets and him doing stuff - no luck. We can't make outgoing calls. We have no blindspot, surround view, or back up...

Yep - by phone says it's connected, but I cannot get any text and the party I am calling can hear me, but I cannot hear them. My SXM will be playing and then just stop - leaving the album art up, and the little bluetooth below it, but no music. Super frustrating. Along with several other issues.

We haven't ever reset after an update. What are the specifics on how to? It's so odd, Hubby tells me after the update that the screens are different. I get in and nothing is different and my surround view and front view don't work.
