[Resolved] - Surround View - panning no longer working

I did try the soft reset a couple of different times this morning (turn signal, exit car, lock with key card, walk away for 20 mins)…I should have included that in the original post. In any event, surround view panning / camera select features still non-functional after a soft reset.

[Resolved] - Surround View - panning no longer working

Just noticed today that I can no longer manipulate the Surround View. Specifically: 1) pressing on any of the camera buttons results in no response and 2) using one-finger-drag no longer pans the screen to move to the camera angle. While I frequently use the surround view camera when backing up...

HW Assist or cameras very unreliable in winter

Yes, I have as well, but only the driver’s side.

    Turn Radio Off

I have the same desire. And would prefer not to have to turn the volume all the way down. I used to have to do this with my Model S. And then I wouldn’t hear people on the phone when picking up calls b/c I forgot I had the volume down. Frustrating. Don’t know if Tesla has since updated...

Anyone has a solution for the dash reflection on windshield?

It bothered me quite a bit as well. But the reflections have essentially disappeared with the use of polarized sunglasses. Maybe try a different pair of polarized sunglasses?

    I’ve canceled my order….

…of Lucid-branded black All Weather Floormats. Originally ordered Oct. 28. Received an email Nov. 8 about a 15-day shipping delay. No further updates since then and still no mats. Also, from images posted by others of the mats in real-world use, I was very disappointed on the minimal coverage...

    Calendar access?

I also miss this feature from my Tesla (as well as auto-close and auto-open garage door on departure/return)

    Rear Seat Belt Warning Chime

Leave all three back seat belts buckled. Or, buy 3 pet seat belt tethers, cut off the strap/tether leaving only the metal-male-seatbelt-insert to insert into female portion of seatbelt (or just buy two and buckle center belt). (This is in no way any recommendation or suggestion to use such a...

    Activate Highway Assist

This (Lucid, not hydbob) confused me b/c it curiously leaves out the additional step of “pressing the toggle button” to engage DreamDrive. I thought my DD was malfunctioning the first couple of times I tried using it, b/c it would not function/engage by just pushing the DD button. Then I found...

Hot tip for iphone key and washing your car

Helpful tip. Bedroom is close enough to garage, that my phone connects to the car throughout the night. I wake up with about 10-15 “charging started” / “charging completed” notifications in the morning…not exaggerating. Was about to start leaving phone in another room each night. But I’ll now...

    Metronome

I like it as well. But I am used to a similar display of info from Tesla. I find it useful, and not distracting. You can make it “disappear” by adjusting your steering wheel up or down to block out the top/busiest part of the image. ; )

    October OTA Updates

This is a very good question: should both key fobs be in the vehicle for the update? Or will the presence of two fobs confuse things. If leave only one key fob, how does one update the second one after the update of the car-and-first-fob?

What are the main features you use in the Lucid mobile App?

Remote climate are my top 1, 2, and 3 uses. Location would be the next most used…if I ever forget where I parked it…which thus far hasn’t been an issue. But I love knowing that feature is right at my fingertips! If there was a 12V state-of-charge feature, I would use that nearly every time I was...

    Garage door opening/closing issues

I completely forgot I had this (the app and the function in the garage door opener), as I had stopped using it several years ago once my Model S could reliably auto open/close the garage door. Dumb question: How do you set up MyQ to auto open/close the garage when you pull in/out? I quickly...

Question to Lucid owners; has your opinion on range anxiety changed after owning the Lucid Air?

No range anxiety at all anymore. Used to have some with my Model S with 265 max range (a bit less range now that it is 5 yrs old). However, I now have 12V battery and Turtle Mode anxiety…I need to stop checking in on this forum!
