My experience is similar to @GEWC
My 2016 Tesla Model X had 96,000 miles and still charged up to 229 vs 250 at new. Most of that drop off happened in the first two years down to 235.
That's better than 90% after 7 years and almost 100,000 miles.
Tried out 2 other EV go stations in the next town over. Worked perfectly. One at 50kw and the other was 200kw.
Insert plug, swipe payment card, off and charging.
I know we all want EA to work and it’s very frustrating. But in this brave new EV world, it’s more important to have options so...
This happens to me also. I only charge up to 80% and it always drops a percent as I'm backing out of the space. So I'm already starting behind once I get going.
This is great.
I'd like to note that I'm averaging about 0.2 better at each category now that I'm past the 'break-in' period. Again, not sure if my driving got better or the car actually started doing better. But I'll take it.
I'm now averaging 3.8 over the last 400 miles.
Wow. That's awesome on the Enzo era.
I was joking obviously.
I will say though, having owned multiple exotics over the years, cost and reliability are not well correlated.
Sounds like a lot of us are finally getting 2.0.18 which includes our first taste of Highway Assist. Starting this thread so people can share their experiences specific to this build. For the general public, this is the only build with HA. I don't know how long we'll be on this version. I know...
@noobzilla First chart math looks good. Based on survey results, people are mostly in the 70%-85% range based on driving style/ situation.
I think your battery degradation may be too aggressive in chart two. At last based on my Tesla experience. There is a modest amount of degradation that...
Got it. Thanks for the clarification.
I did read through all your experiences. Hoping things are better for you know and you’re able to enjoy your car.
Agreed.
I think there is a fundamental misunderstanding on these wall chargers. They’re pretty dumb devices. It’s just a mechanism for delivery of electricity. Not that different from a standard electrical outlet. Somehow, because it has a fancy handle on the end, people think it’s more...
Just giving you one more data point of a very happy customer. My car was delivered in nearly perfect condition. I'm pretty particular but I don't expect perfection. Based on what I was reading on the forum, I was really expecting to have a long checklist of things for them to fix but there was...
Can confirm the Richmond guys are great. As a slight point of clarification. It's possible they are Lucid employees but use Dorn's as a home base. I'm not entirely sure of the relationship. But it appears that it's not entirely third party. The two seem dedicated to Lucid only. Also, one does do...
I have 3 Tesla HPWC. 2 Gen 2's at work and one Gen 3 at work. Picked up the Tesla Tap mini and it works flawlessly with all 3. Had to Dremel out the interior of the Tesla Tap mini just to make it a little easier to get on and off the home ones.
I understand that Lucid is saying it could void...
Very long thread with a poll at the beginning. Lots of good info in the thread so worth reading through.

Also trying to figure out what to do with my EZPass Flex. That's for express lanes that are also HOV lanes. If you have enough passengers, you can hit the switch so you don't get charged for express lanes.
Which means I have to have access to that switch so as much as I love this hidden...
Thanks for this tip. Just went through the same thing.
Did not realize the face recognition was failing every time until this most recent update where it gives you the Red X feedback. Tried to add a 2nd appearance and failed every time.
Thanks to your tip here, lowered the steering wheel all...
Good news and bad news for me.
Bad News First - Couldn't charge at 3 chargers at my local EA station. Ran into a variety of problems. One connected, started charging, then stopped. Two wouldn't authenticate at all. The EA banner did not come up on the app so couldn't even get the to start...
And right on cue. Came in last night.
Mid October delivery for me.
Will look forward to going through a few updates to get to the fun one in a few days.
This is great. Thanks for sharing.
My guess is it stops being linear at very high speeds. You can already see a more significant drop off at 80. My assumption is 85-90 will be at least the 0.4 and likely more. Since I only had the one data point on the tail end, I’m afraid your graph doesn’t...
