Part of the benefit of the DE is the exclusive options. It’s part of the reason I went with the 21” wheels (since I found the gold ugly).
However, I also expect to be able to pop the covers off as promised for a better look or put them back on for the promised range.

That’s absolutely unacceptable. We paid an extra $30,000 for the DE and this is clearly a design flaw.
Was this official or unofficial you have been told?
I think that is being overly harsh on them. Not every situation is the same, and some vehicles may experience bugs others do not. I have been impressed Authy the speed they seem to be squashing some, but there are many more left.
The devs are working as best as they can, it just should have...

We have had camera die, never the whole screens.
I know Lucid is reading these forums, we really really need an easy reset, similar to Porsche's touch the top right corner of the screen, or Tesla's hold the steering wheel buttons.
A lot of these were bought with public grant money (not all, but a lot). They should be open to all.
I think Teslas connectors and cables are nicer than the standard, but they honestly should be forced to comply with the standard.

That’s how my Taycan works also when backing out(having to hit like 10 buttons). I guess it’s something I don’t really think about as my garage has a close timer, so I usually don’t bother.
