Open the frunk, look at the bottom of the air vent ..there's two on each end of the trunk..then there is foam ..which is suspected to create a flutter

Mine is more like a fluttering sound. As if there was a piece of cloth stuck on the outside of the car between the window and it's gaskets when it's fully closed. I refer to it as the curtain fluttering noise. Hope that makes sense.. no whistling in my case.
