A week ago we tried the new EA chargers at the Merrimack (NH) Premium Outlets - if charging *did* finally start, by the time we walked into the Mall area the App said there was a Charging Error. This happened 3 times. Reported the problem to EA, and drove to Nashua and charged fine.

I've noticed with the 2.1.18 update that the kw used "Since Charged" value is now higher than the Trip A value (which I reset after each charging). Prior .. Since Charged I thought was showing me the total power consumed which included things like A/C, where as the Trip A was showing only power...

I had both visors stop working and Service replaced all the batteries and they still didn't work. Said there was a batch of "bad chips" and they replaced both visors and now they're fine.

You say it's not SW .. but I've had the same thing happen to both rear and front passenger doors; not the driver's door (yet). Rebooting fixed it. THOUGH, when pulling the inside release lever to the full extent of travel it DID open the door, which is the manual emergency mechanism working, so...

I use the Frunk for Pizza storage as well. Added benefit of the A/C radiators wrapping the space is it gets warm in there. Conversely, not great for Ice Cream 😜

I've had both rear doors and front passenger door exhibit the issue with not opening; luckily no the driver's door (yet). I rebooted the car and it was fine afterwards. I mentioned this to the Lucid Mobile Tech, who ran some diagnostics and found no issues. It appears to be a software bug IMHO
