I typically have both on. But there have been times when I don't have the fob.....or I forget to put the BT on....and the car is still very finnicky.

I disagree. I can be standing at the driver's door with the fob in my hand and it still take 15-30 seconds to recognize. I have the same issues as OP. Fob, mobile key, both....the car decides if and when it wants to open on it's own.

Hello NYers! Clifton Park (well, technically Rexford) here. I have another owner about 1/4 mile away.

This may ben a known issue but that does not necessarily correct it. I have had my car for 21 months and 25k miles. I have replaced the fob and the fob battery multiple times. In fact, I just put a new batter in yesterday....yest, I still sat at my door for north of 15 seconds before the car...

I am experiencing the same issue. I’m using a 220 outlet with the provided cable. It usually charges at a rate of 40 mph, but the last two times I’ve only been getting 20 mph. This equates to 5 kW.

I have used off-site parking for Newark and LGA where the parking garage charges my car while I am away. I cannot find any for JFK airport. Does anyone have any knowledge or helpful advice?

I'm sorry, but that is not an SUV. That is a minivan. The only dif is the sliding doors vs. normal doors.

Well, that was a flop! Since it updated and I don't have the car, I can't see what was updated. BUT my app still says its version 2.1.62
