That's what I was told. The language between the NJ and Arizona laws are similar. The difference I saw was in Arizona - Lucid can make 4 attempts to fix the same defect or car has been out of service for more than 30 days - whereas NJ allows for 2 attempts to fix defect or vehicle is out of...

Since the car is "purchased out of state" - the Arizona Lemon Law applies and it is found in the Purchase Agreement. We were looking for it as a separate document and missed it.

Are we supposed to receive a copy of Lemon law disclosure as per the Purchase Agreement? Not sure what I am acknowledging here. I know the laws are different in all states.

There is no requirement. If your pickup point is in a state in which Lucid conducts on-premises sales, you can bring cashiers check right before you pickup the car. Since Lucid is not allowed to conduct on prem sales in NJ, all financing and payments are done before they will ship the car from...

I did the same. I moved $1,000 this morning just to see if it works and how long it takes.

6 weeks with a VIN and still "in production" so your timeframe may vary :).
