So .. I got a chance to drive the car yday night and noticed a shadow (for lack of a better word) ... It's like a dark spot in the center of the beam but shifts when I turn the wheel. (I'm not aware that Lucid has adaptive headlights. Or does it & is part of a future update?). Does anyone else...

FWIW my experience with Lucid was OK. Not great towards the end. In my case, I had to push them to release my car, after I got confirmation of complete payment. (They hinted they will need 5 days for wire to clear and I had to call them out on that; and request they release the vehicle immly.)...

Hmmm . Again, I was told to leave the car plugged in during my absence. But updates had to be manually initiated. (And I was advised above, that is not the case.) And if there is an update, you initiate it, exit the car. The vehicle locks, stops charging & installs update(s).

Noob Q (on behalf of other noobs?) - Based on earlier update 'bricking' somebody's car, do you folks advise to wait for a few days? 1 week? - @hydbob mentioned the updates don't 'roll up'. Meaning if I go on a 3 month holiday, and there are say 5 updates, I cannot just plug in the latest...

I use the mobile & find it responds faster to the car than the fob. So, assuming you did not do this, this is what we did during setup (I have a S22U) - - Do not pair your phone to the car yet. - Setup the key fob first - Once done, move the keyfob away ... I mean away. Or put it in a Faraday...

They went 'yellow' on the EA charging ... Not enough blue left over. :-)

IMO, wait before you schedule wraps & tints. I think those guys need a firm solid date, and if it is several weeks out, sure. But if you are scheduling it day after your delivery, that delivery date is *not* set in stone, till it reaches SC, PDI done, financing completed, etc .. Example: Me...

Unable to activate Highway Assist. I got Adaptive Cruise to show up and function. But pressing the left most button, as per manual, does not bring it up. Is this function only available when I'm on the major interstates?

Asking WA owners, how / what is the process for registration? Lucid sent in the p.work for WA DOL DMV & I filled it in & sent it back. However I see a temp AZ sticker on the back. Do I need to take it to the local DMV? Or wait for Lucid to send me the WA plates? I presume the latter, but...

Maps SUCKS. Especially coming from Google Maps!! Example: I live in a new n'hood, with a valid USPS address, etc ... But Lucid cannot locate that address. Hence no home address for me. Google Maps works FTR. Unsure why those Tom Tom over Google Maps. Guessing costs, Secondly: I don't know...

Talk about timing. Just got the 'official Lucid email' thanking me for the payment. Now I wonder, what is the next roadblock, before the allow me to pick up / deliver the car. Wait & watch. :-)
