With the repair bills on this being what they are on Lucids, I'm not surprised that the insurance company would total it. Are you able to replace it with another Lucid?
I'm the same as @geosynch. I have it unplugged most of the time. If I'm doing a long drive, especially to someplace I haven't been before, then I want maps. But for around town, I'm happy with the way the car works by itself. Especially now that Lucid Assistant is placing calls and texts for me.
That's my guess. Because the app store should be the same for all Android users. And mine is showing 1.56 releasesd on Jan. 22nd. But maybe versions of apps are different in different countries
Total agreement on the first two points, As to your third point, I've seen high level people leave voluntarily and some being forced to go by various means. It's true that none of us knows for sure why he's out, but it sure seems more like the second to me.

But it sounds good! With 2.5.0, it was just loud, but not smooth, and I couldn't turn it up very high. With 2.6.0, if I'm alone in the car, I think I often have it running at volumes that are probably not good for my ears.
