Have you gone through all the suggestions in Bobby’s mobile key video? Some are iOS specific, but specifically deleting and re-adding the mobile key (ensuring to delete the Bluetooth connection too) might fix it. A few folks had to do that with the iOS app update.

That is not playing in Atmos. It is getting downmixed to stereo. The car displays a Dolby Atmos icon when it is receiving (and playing) Atmos-encoded content.
