This seems like an overly harsh and personal response, to me.

By going after a hotter and broader market share, pickups and SUVs, and therefore not competing head-to-head with Telsa. Lucid chose high-end luxury cars which is a much smaller market.

My car will say you have 385 miles available, which is based on EPA, I guess, but I don't. I want the car to give me a realistic number of miles available based upon past history just like most ICE cars. I don't have this issue with the EQS because it seems to be spot on as to the actual miles...

I stand by my statement. Lucid can to a much better job of calculating available range.

My wife's AMG EQS consistently gets better range than the EPA ratings and my DE-P consistently less. I don't have an issue with the true range I just get tired of my car never telling me the true range left. Lucid can fix that and should and stop hiding behind EPA test results.

Why would any major auto manufacturer want to buy power trains from Lucid or anyone for that matter? The major differentiator is and will be battery technology.

They have been letting me down for 18 months! It's time for a solid production quality, feature complete, release not the V1 release candidate software we have now. I enjoy driving my car but am very tired of spotty auto, an HVAC system that is easily confused, useless HomeLink etc. Sorry...

The AMG EQS is the only version worth having, IMHO. It drives and brakes much better than the others. That said, it is a very different car than the Lucid. We have both and I have posted several times about the differences. I like driving the Lucid better but the AMG EQS has much better software...

The EQS does not have a frunk, so less storage, but does have a hatchback that makes it much easier to load things in the trunk.

We have no issues charging an EQS, only the Lucid, but still could be a Chargepoint issue. I find that if I wait for my Lucid to fully wakeup before inserting the charge cable, if works 95% of the time.

I would rather have the EV Navigator but will make do with the Hummer, if I get it!

I might agree once/if Lucid finishes their software.

So, is Lucid even working on Android Auto? My guess is, no.
