Thanks Bobby. There are really 2 items/issues here: 1. The auto setting doesn't work properly. That's actually a bug 2. Only 2 "steady" settings for wipers and no way to adjust their frequency. The slower setting is too much for many light rain situations. I guess that would be a wish list item..

I just wanted to chime in that I agree with the OP. I have had the same exact experience. There needs to be a way to adjust the frequency of the "on all the time" setting OR the "auto setting" needs to work properly and it doesn't.

Supposed to be getting yet another wheel next week. Will report back with outcome..

You are probably right. Its just that it ends up going to him anyway I believe. I texted him again this morning. If I hear nothing back by tomorrow I will file an official service/issue with the main line.

My service center guy was supposed to get back to me (last week) with current steering wheel version on my car but has yet to do so. Unfotuantely he doesn't respond very well so I have to continue bugging him. I will post once there are some developments ..

I had this issues as well. Had various issues with my window getting stuck and rubbing against something. They adjusted/fixed various things. After that the noise went away..

Yes, have to remember to do this I guess or put in "warning" only mode. Out of curiosity, how often does your "warning" come on?

Honestly, I have no clue if the creaking is coming from the wheel or the plastic casing behind/under the wheel (or both). On Monday I reached out to the guy I have been dealing with at my service center to find out if I have the latest steering wheel. No response yet.

I have had the "lane departure protection" disabled in settings/dreamdrive since getting my car about 3 months ago. In the past week or so it came back on by itself twice. Any one else experience this?
