I accidentally reset my Trip B counter, which matched the odometer after 12k miles. I asked Customer Service if they can change it back to the odometer remotely, but they said no :(

Just happened to my rear passenger door. The handle is stuck closed. When I go to unlock it, it tries to open and makes a loud clicking noise repeatedly. Opening from the inside and logo reset did not fix it. Will text service.

Just wanted to add to the group providing feedback that HA is worse now after the software update. Prior, it was solid and I felt like I could trust it. Now, it drifts within the lane, almost bouncing between the lines. On some instances, it would cross and I’d grab the wheel.

I did not understand I needed to do this prior to DC charging. Been mostly charging at the EA near my daughter’s school for the three months owning an AT since it’s free. Is this bad for the battery? Or is just slower?

I am now experiencing the same issue after the latest software update. Driver side only. Were you able to resolve it or did you have to call service?

I have the same experience. The steering wheel is very laggy and doesn’t do well with “one click” on the wheel, so I end up holding it longer and then it overshoots. The center console wheel is much better but much less convenient.
