This is a big issue for me too. The colors are not clear, and confusing at best. Gold on black is not good for readability and usability at all. Half the screen is white on black (top display) but rest of the controls are gold on black (console).

I have a 15 Pro too, I can replicate it when it's on the console. However, if I plugin the phone with a USBC cable coming from the center console, there is very little / no issue. Can you try that perhaps ?
